Font Awesome Free icons

The icon gallery lists Font Awesome Free 7.3.1, served from cdn.htmltool.io. Font Awesome Free is licensed in three parts:

  • Icons: CC BY 4.0. Attribution is required when you use them.
  • Fonts: SIL OFL 1.1.
  • Code: MIT.

Use this attribution wherever you ship the icons:

Every SVG you copy or download from htmltool.io keeps the licence comment from the CDN file. Keep it in place.

Font Awesome Pro icons are never distributed here. htmltool.io doesn't list, preview, search or serve Pro icons, and you can't download them through this site. Font Awesome and its logo are trademarks of Fonticons, Inc.

DevOps Animations and DevOps Patterns

The animations and patterns come from the DevOps Animations and DevOps Patterns packages on cdn.htmltool.io. Their READMEs (animations, patterns) document how to use the files and don't name a separate licence. Copy the snippets into your own projects. Before you redistribute the packages themselves, email support@htmltool.io.

Site fonts

htmltool.io is set in Bricolage Grotesque, Inter and JetBrains Mono. All three are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are self-hosted with the site.

Open-source code

The site is built with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Better Auth, Sonner, next-themes and OpenNext for Cloudflare, which are MIT-licensed, and Drizzle ORM, which is Apache 2.0. Their copyright and licence notices ship with their packages.
